RETURN POLICY

All returns for credit must be returned within 7 days of purchase, and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee or up to full purchase price will be charged if damage to the product and/or packaging make your return not possible for re-sale. 

WARRANTY

We provide a limited warranty on each product for a period of 10 to 25 years for photovoltaic panels, 2 to 3 years for batteries, 2 years for lamps, and  2 years for charge controllers from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the materials and workmanship. Products damaged due to misuse are not covered by the warranty.
